For growers — women with consistent revenue, a small team, and growing operations. At this stage the business works, but it runs on the founder: she is the salesperson, the accountant, the quality control, and the strategy. Bloom exists to change that.
The program builds the systems a growing business stands on — financial records an investor or bank can actually read, operations that don't collapse when the founder steps away, a team with clear roles, and deliberate market expansion.
